1. Charging

Do not leave the battery charging for more than 12 hours.

Avoid fully draining the battery. Should it happen, recharge it as soon as possible.

2. Avoid excessive heat and cold

Batteries should be charged and stored in temperatures between (50-78 F) (10-25 C). Keep your battery out of direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time and away from heaters when storing indoors.

Avoid riding in temperatures below -4 F (-20 C). Extreme cold can also shorten the battery’s life.

3. Storage

When storing your battery, do not leave it fully charged. Try to store the battery between 50-75% or 2-3 green lights on the battery case indicator.
